Mokume Gane Fine Sterling Silver and Epoxy Inlay Earrings.
Mokume Gane is a mixed-metal laminate with distinctive layered patterns. You can see the layers of the sterling silver and the epoxy in the cut design of the earrings.
These large earrings are extremely well made and marked by the artist Charles Albert along with 925 to signify .925 sterling silver on the back of the earrings.
The earrings measure 2 1/2" as measured from the top of the sterling silver earwire and are appoximately 1/2" in diameter. They are on the heavy side so should not be worn by someone who prefers lightweight earrings.
