Frequently Asked Questions Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: If you have an account, you can click on Your Account at the top of the page. Once you log in, you can check the status of any of your orders. Optionally, you can click on the "Service" link at the top of the page. This takes you to the Customer Care page where you can scroll down the page until you see "Order Status". There you can enter your Confirmation Number that was emailed to you when you placed your order. Enter your Confirmation Number and click Go!
Q: I lost my Confirmation Number. How can I track my shipment? A: You can email us at customerservice@portlandmercantile.com and we will happily provide you with the status of your oder.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of your shipping and handling costs by viewing your cart before completing your order. Shipping and handling rates are based on your total order amount. You can also view the Shipping and Handling Rates table by going to our Policies page.
Q: Can you special order items for me? A: In many cases, yes. If you don't see a product from one of our vendors that you would like to special order, please contact us at customerservice@portlandmercantile.com There is no added cost or obligation for special orders.
Q: Do you ship worldwide? A: Yes. With a few exceptions for countries considered risky by the U.S. State Department, we will ship anywhere.
Q: Why does your logo have a mountain and a rose? A: The mountain is Mount Hood. A popular Portland-area landmark approximately 50 miles east of Portland. It rises over 11,000 feet and is the highest mountain in Oregon. The rose is because Portland is the Rose City and is home to the Portland Rose Festival and International Rose Test Garden.
